The Conference is approaching and we want to support you with the instructions for the presentation of your accepted paper.
The presentation must be given alive and you must be personally present to answer to questions or doubts. The Zoom link of your room will be put on the web site associated to the Session into which you will present your work.
We kindly ask you to record a video with your presentation that must be sent to your session chair. The title of the video should report the number, the speaker_name and the title of the paper (or at least the first words). This video will be proposed to the audience in case of problems in the connection.
For every issue related to the Zoom platfom configuration please refer to the Web chair emanuele.torti@unipv.it.
For every other issue please contact your Program Chairs.
You should contact your Session chairs in order to indicate the speaker's name and surname and provide her/him a biosketch.
The Euromicro Conference Series on Software Engineering and Advanced Applications (SEAA) is a long-standing international forum for researchers, practitioners, and students to present and discuss the latest innovations, trends, experiences, and concerns in the field of Software Engineering and Advanced Applications in information technology for software-intensive systems.
SEAA 2021 encourages the submission of full research papers, short papers and tool demo papers (maximum 4 pages), and posters (maximum 2 pages). A maximum of 10 pages (first 8 pages no extra fees, 2 extra pages with fees) is allowed for each full research paper. The fee for each additional page is 60€. Papers follow a single-blinded reviewing process and must contain original unpublished work, describe significant novel contributions, and provide evidence on the validation of results. Reports on industrial applications are also welcome.
Papers submitted to SEAA 2021 must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere whilst under consideration for SEAA 2021. Contravention of this concurrent submission policy will be deemed as a serious breach of scientific ethics, and appropriate action will be taken in all such cases.
Conference Publishing Services (CPS) will publish accepted papers in the conference proceedings and the proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital library and indexing services. We reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., by not placing it in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Best papers of SEAA2021 will be invited to submit extended versions for a special section of Information and Software Technology Journal. Selected papers will be expected to comply with the standard guidelines of the journal when publishing an extended version of a paper, including the addition of about 30% new material.
Papers must strictly adhere to the two-column IEEE conference proceedings format. Please use the templates available here. LaTeX users should use the following configuration: \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran}. Microsoft Word users should use the US Letter format template. All submissions of all the tracks and special sessions at SEAA 2021 must be in PDF and must be submitted online by the deadline via the EasyChair conference management system.
